Seriously, the minority communities will become even more craven than they are now.
This is societal melt-down on steroids.
I live in a white neighborhood, and I don’t want to live around white pimps, hookers, or white burglars in my neighborhood, so I support having them arrested and taken out.
I would assume the law abiding black people would want the same for their neighborhood, so why does our government assume they do not.

I don’t know; in my area the minority criminals have to fan out along the frontier of the welfare reservation to commit crime because everything in their neighborhoods is locked up/bolted down. One such raiding party from Newark NJ killed a guy around Christmas time at a mall a few miles to the west; Newark has no such malls (or even supermarkets) where they could attack innocent unsuspecting people so randomly.
