Negroe is the equivalent of caucasian. It’s not an insult to call out someone’s race if their race is the subject matter. It’s only when words like Ni**er, Wetback or cracker are used that it is derogitory.

And “colored people” means the exact same thing as “people of color”. So that is not derogatory either.
