He endlessly uses the technique of scape-goating the "1%," just as Hitler scape-goated the almost 1% of the German population that were Jewish. He has regularly followed the Saul Alinsky recommendations for revolutionary triumph in America. He even advocated building up an alternative to the career military, early in his Administration.
The intended "tipping" for the tipping point that you suggest, is what some others have described as a Reichstag Fire moment. It is a frightening prospect; but nothing out of Washington since 2008 is very reassuring.

While I believe a good conservative is useful, without them fundamentally transforming the United States of America back to the original intent, and also the removal of all corrupt and other undesirables in Congress, things will trend to the tipping point to that which FedZilla is preparing.
