Obama Likely To Make Anti-Muslim Speech Illegal & Punishable
MrConservative.Com ^ | April 23, 2014

Bill Killian, a US attorney, claims that anti-Muslim speech violates Muslim’s Constitutional rights. Therefore, he argues, it should be illegal and punishable by law.

Killian said, “We need to educate people about Muslims and their civil rights, and as long as we’re here, they’re going to be protected.”

At this time, Obama’s DOJ is working to determine what, exactly, is considered illegal speech against Muslims. Guidelines and specific laws are expected to come soon. Currently, the government is not allowed to prevent speech that is hateful towards a religion, unless a specific threat is made. To prevent speech that is hostile towards a religion is a violation of the First Amendment. The government is allowed to urge people to not engage in such speech — it just cannot punish people for doing so.

If the DOJ does decide to make anti-Muslim speech punishable by law, it could mark the beginning of significantly increased government power.

The DOJ can’t “make” laws, nor can the POTUS.

"Congress SHALL MAKE NO LAW …"

They understand that perfectly; that's why DOJ "has to" make the law, instead of Congress.

Phones and pens; pens and phones: they all belong in the pen, with no phones.

Gee, will anti-Christian speech be made illegal as well?

Just round up all the gays and atheists when that happens.

Make it a law and I will violate it.

Looks like it's time to resurrect my old website ROPMA (Religion Of Peace My Ass!)

I still have all the pages, materials and movies that documented muslim violence against Christians all the way up to 2009. Of course I'd have to update it with all the muslim against Christian violence to 2014.

I'll either be the first one thrown in jail, or I'll see you there bro. Either way, we're in that fight together too.

Well then, let's have the same law for Christians. Let's see, Hollywood and the liberal lamestream media daily violate OUR Constitutional rights by the same standard, so it's high time everyone in Hollywood and the liberal lamestream media were prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

And if they aren't, then we'll apply the same rules that muslims do and start burning down hollywood and beheading those who speak against us. After all, that'll be protected by law!

they didn’t, it’s why they bought all the white people targets of various types, old, young, female, etc - and it’s why they’ve told leos and the army christians are domestic terrorists and people who believe the constitution are terrorists.

they’ve been stirring up race issues to keep redistribution-paid low-informed minorities on their side so if/when it goes down they will appeal to these people to be on their side, they will arm them and make them part of their peoples’ army.
