If it was highly unusual for Rand to make such bizarre comments, then yeah. I would agree that this is liberal agit-prop. Even if Breitbart reported it.
But becauase Rand Paul is DAILY showing his true colors as a libertarian loonie and new reports are ALWAYS coming in that portray him as no better that dear old dad....
Then it is easy to see that Rand Paul is no real conservative.
and in addition, his followers are very young, very socially liberal, not likely to vote for any Republican in national election except Rand.
And he knows this, and gladly has them all along, does nothing to dissuade them.
