It disgusts me that after his numerous trips into liberalism and skirting the edges of it often, people here still make excuses for him. And they are no better than any other liberal when they do it.
This ‘have my cake and eat it too’ mentality is for the birds. If people want to sit at the conservative table for dinner, they should do it. But don’t bring their moderate at best POS ‘date’ and expect everyone there to accept it.
