The Palestinian Authority (PA) has been stepping up its libel that Israel is "destroying" the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the temple mount in Jerusalem, in order to build the "alleged" Temple.
The highest PA religious authority, Mufti Muhammad Hussein, asserted in late March that Israel was making an "attempt... at laying hands on the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque... and in addition to the threat of destroying the Al-Aqsa Mosque to establish the alleged Temple on its ruins."

I have one request to make from you. For over 10 years I taught an adult Sunday school class, where we would spend a lot of time studying things like the prophetic meaning of Jewish Holy Days, Islam and Anti Christ... What I'm trying to say is that we didn't "go by the Sunday school book" but tried to have some serious studies. Last January my family moved 200 miles away and I have been kind of keeping contact with my students by posting Bible studies on my Facebook page. Do I have your permission to use the information you just gave me, and anything else I can learn from your website, for my on-line Sunday school class? TIA
Why do you think the temple will descend from On High? Any Scripture backing that up?

Thanks for posting those pictures. One of these days, those beautiful religious items will be in use again when the temple is rebuilt.
Of course, no one knows when the battle of Ezekiel 38 and 39 will occur, but the signs of the times are everywhere that Russia is rising.

Myself, I believe that Bill Salus' book "Isralestine" offers the most plausible theory based on scripture and the current geopolitical situation.
That is, the Psalm 83 war prophesied will occur first - this war involves all of Israel's most immediate bordering neighbors (Syria, Lebanon, etc).
Israel, with God's hand, soundly defeats them all, and becomes not only a Middle Eastern, but a world super power of vast wealth and influence.
The situation is too much for the remaining Islamic nations, and they enlist Russia to lead a massive invasion of Israel (the war of Ezekiel). God will directly defeat these armies as well in dramatic fashion.
I agree, I am also expecting the Psalm 83 war next. The question is whether the destruction of Damascus is tied to it or if it is yet another war.

Agree. Damascus will be a ruinous heap.....someday. We just don’t know when, but it would seem to me its destruction would fit with the Psalm 83 war. The world’s most continuously populated oldest city, gone overnight. It is either by nuclear weapons, or God’s almighty hand.
