There is legitimate questions of constitutionality and ownership and abuse of power by the government.Also questionable that BLM had any right or jurisdiction to take what is supposed to be a law enforcement action. Laying aside those issues for the moment consider this:
Even if cows are “trespassing” (that even sounds stupid), trespass is not a capital offense nor is debt. BLM had no business doing this. The militias did not take the law into their own hands. They just stood up to an apparent cabal taking illegal actions.
The militia exercised their right to free speech and protest. Not a single shot was fired. No one with the BLM was harmed. The same can not be said of the Bundy’s or their cattle.
Bundy’s get Gestapo like tactics, and the drug dealers get a sign warning our citizens that there might be danger. If that ain't whacked, I don't know what is.
