The summit highlighted Department of Defense investments in renewable and efficiency technologies ....It also initiated conversation between Western state leaders on how to best take advantage of vast regional resources to create new jobs, rebuild the economy, and ensure long-term prosperity.
Yeah, we never did get the handle on how to do that in America. So good of the Chinese to come on over and offer to teach us how it's done.
