Supposedly one of the missions/stated purposes of the BLM is to settle land “boundary disputes” I thought surveyors and courts took care of that. BLM is also supposedly in charge of water- rivers, lakes, wetlands...so they might be trying to “protect” the river. Supposedly the BLM has management power over all land in the US; federal and private- with private land that is where boundary issues and water issues supposedly gives them power over deeded ground, not to mention endangered species...

Congress can vote to eliminate the entire BLM.

It is TIME to DownSize DC! BLM is a good place to start the process. Including eliminating their SWAT Teams.

The Red River Boundary Compact, which is the controlling authority, has detailed procedures for resolving 'boundary disputes'. Not a damn bit of it includes the BLM.

Abbott will soon have explained to them how the cow ate the cabbage.

And if he needs someone to punctuate his point, I'm sure Texas will provide them.

As far as Texas and AG Abbott is concerned, the BLM IS THE ENDANGERED SPECIES WHEN THEY MESS WITH TEXAS. (Just a minute while I get my PINK rifle with the multiple cartridge magazine).
