It was a dramatic and violent reversal to the usual order of events when notorious urban officials, called chengguan in Chinese, get into conflicts with street vendors and pedestrians. The crowd saw Mr. Huang being attacked, and decided to intervene. Online rumours then rapidly proliferated that someone was beaten to death by chengguan, which intensified public anger and drove more people to the scene.

After that fracas, some of them might be armed now, and you know what a pistol can do against an army.

Once a mob gets a rope, people get dead and—OK,I see the merit of your suggestion.
Turning them over is only one tactic. Molotov cocktails, fuel-air bombs, large roadblocks, .50 caliber rifles, dead skunks, etc., etc.
It seems that there is never an end to the jack booted thugs willing to do the dirty work for brutal regimes.
Or just wait until they break down or get stuck on bad roads.
They are very high maintenance.
Disgusting. Reminds me of Northern Ireland. Plenty of armored vehicles with soldiers toting machine guns hanging out the back.
Not heavy enough to thwart a D8 or T9 Cat. Or a Skidder. Or a Semi.
Interesting.
Same thing the mob was chanting at Kent State before the shooting.
It would lead to horrific violence.
Despite being an ancient civilization, the Chinese people themselves are woefully under-civilized.
Such tragedies have happened again and again in recent years, said Duan Xingyan, a user of Weibo who identified himself as a police officer. The root reason is the severe lack of rule of law in our society.
Yes the disintegration of the rule of law where the law applies to some but not so much to others builds slowly in people anger and resentment.
And it is just this sort of lawlessness that our president is working diligently to produce in our country. His refusal to prosecute those who commit election fraud, his biased prosecution of hate crimes, his incitement of racial hatred and his refusal to enforce our immigration laws all are building an atmosphere of lawlessness in this country.
“Or just wait until they break down or get stuck on bad roads.”
Precisely!
People get hung up at looking at those behemoths and think “what could we do against that?” To which the answer is you don’t have to do anything, just wait until the guy inside has to get out to relieve himself or to get a bite to eat.
Better yet find out where he lives, where his kids go to school. Who is the local supplier that provides his gasoline, who is the maintenance man that keeps this thing on the roads, where does he live? The secretary that sends out the requisition forms for supplies, where does she live, what bus does she take home at night? Does the boss of the armored car guy have a favorite restaurant, a girlfriend on the side?
It’s standard guerrilla procedure. Guerrillas don’t attack the tanks, they attack the train tracks on which the tanks are delivered, they shoot the drivers of the trains. Trust me you won’t have to shoot that many until the oppressors are all living in concrete bunkers and having their food and beer flown in by helicopter and their garbage and excrement flown out by the same helicopter.
It won’t be too pleasant for them and they soon get the message.
Take away 3-4 days of meals and see how civilized Americans are.
Live skunks work better. Live badgers even better.
Especially the EBT crowd. Or maybe that's who you were referring to....
The EBT crowd is always a consideration but 40% of the US is on the EBT cards. Most people don’t have much set aside and it wont take long for them to go out and see what they can steal.
When the EBT goes down, so does the Govt. It’s why they strive to keep it up. What was that recent report? Something like 70% of the country now living paycheck to paycheck? Hard to stockpile food when you have no cash.
So that 3-4 days will happen within 2 weeks tops.
Stores will be emptied day 1 and no restock coming means bad times for those that cause it.
They should try the cobbler....

That looks like a BLM vehicle!
And provincial. Each region within the country might as well be another country.
