... Kristine, 44, told a 911 operator that Richard, 47, was hallucinating, scaring their three kids, and asking to be killed; she said he may have consumed edible marijuana and that their gun was locked in a safe, 9News reports. You forgot it is illegal in commierado to collect rain water.
One of the problems is the pot is much stronger than when we had in the 60s and 70s. They are trying to get emergency legislation to control edibles. Many BUT NOT ALL of the same idiots who want guns locked up to savvvvvve the children dont want similar laws for edibles. Common sense is not common. All responsible gun owners secure their weapons around children and most edible pot folks would do the same. You cant legislate to fix stupidity.
thepeoplewhosay these people only affect themselves arefrigging morons who livein theoretical libertarian land. it doesn’t exist. people don’t live in bubbles or vacuums.
Did Colorado pot laws passed in the last year or two cause him to have a felony assault charge in Texas in 1994?
All of us taxpayers will now be paying SS survivor benefits for three kids, thanks to Colorado pot laws.
Did the Colorado pot laws also cause him to have a DUI in 2000? If not, should we ban alcohol?

The politicians didn't pass this law. It was a constitutional amendment, Amendment 64. The people of Colorado voted on it - not those in the legislature.
Furthermore, it had quite a bit of conservative backing. Tom Tancredo supported it, for example.
If you can name an equivalent to the Second Amendment which protects pot users from government interference your argument would be stronger.
The 10th Amendment.
The you should include that in your argument.
What argument? You asked a question and I answered it.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!
Reefer Madness! Just like in that old B&W movie!
OK, someone else was making the argument.
On the contrary, I think people who want “brain abnormalities” should be allowed to indulge themselves to their heart’s content....provided their neighbors don’t have to pay for their decisions. They can rely on their neighbor’s charity for assistance. Don’t yell for the “government to do something”.
