I can't cite my sources and I know people on FR have been talking about this all day, but I come from a family of military, fire fighters with law enforcement mixed in. Many of my Twitter followers and Facebook friends are law enforcement. With that said, many of these people are on the side of the Bundy's. I am getting bombarded with posts from retired NY State Troopers, Sheriffs from all over the country and some that I will just say are in or very close to the whole Bundy situation. They are telling me that the BLM's fallback is just a temporary thing and they will be back without warning and with more federal force. They are attempting to alert others to this fact and get their message out. I know them all personally, and the ones in NY are people fighting Cuomo's (un)Safe Act. It's really eery when I'm getting sent messages from who many think are "the enemy" who are on our side, support the Bundy's and say the worst is yet to come, sorry I can't share more.

I think they’ll be back too, and this time they’ll have set the Bundys up for some kind of crime, in order to separate them from their supporters. Look for a BATF or FBI raid to soften up the target. The bogus crimes will be explosives or sex-related, whatever works to discourage the folks who helped them this past weekend.

Dirty Harry Reid wants “his” land, and he’s not going to give it up that easily. This could be a pivotal moment in the people’s war against our fascist government. Before paying the fee, he’d have to sign a grazing contract that would cut the number of cattle he’d be allowed to graze. Once he did that, he’d lose the state water rights that has a minimum number of cattle that he *has* to graze to keep the water.

Do you see the bind? Why he was trying to hard to pay someone besides the BLM? If he signs the contract, he loses everything.

Thank you for the info. Clarity is needed on the history and any case history.

I also suggested that he file an injunction in court and post a smaller bond to show his good faith. This would show he respects the rule of law and that he backs his position with cash. If he wins in court he gets his bond back.

But more importantly if he were to file today then likely the case would not be heard until a year out and would likely drag on for another year after the first hearing. So Bundy could run the clock out on Obama while possibly benefiting from a more conservative congress in the meantime (hopefully GOP conservatives control House and Senate starting January 2015).

Your info makes it even more compelling that Bundy get this whole matter into federal court where everything can be examined, even Reid and his son’s complicity.
