LAS VEGAS -- Armed Bundy family leaders are meeting with BLM officers to discuss what will become of the cattle that the feds removed from BLM land, over the past week.
Tensions are running high and I-15 is closed in both directions, about seven miles south of Mesquite, because protesters have blocked the freeway, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
The protesters have gathered in support of rancher Cliven Bundy, who has been locked in a legal battle over grazing rights with the federal government.
Nearly two dozen police officers and a SWAT unit are on scene.
NHP is advising people to not even try to go to Mesquite from Las Vegas. Troopers have tried to get cars through the area but they are not having much luck.
There have been no overt threats of violence from the protesters.

The BLM law enforcement officers are in Mesquite as they wait to leave the area. Police are there to help them do that safely.
It was announced Saturday morning that Sheriff Douglas Gillespie, Bundy and the BLM were able to reach an agreement over the cattle the BLM has already removed from the federal property.
The BLM has offered to pay Bundy for the cattle already confiscated, sources say. The protesters say the cattle should be returned to Bundy.
This is a developing story.

And his cattle are being returned to him.
Keep your BS to yourself.

Agree
How’s it looking for Joe this go-round? If he wins, he’ll owe the RINOs in charge *zero* after what the bastids pulled last time.
**From what I Understood, the BLM were very afraid of them today.**
I hope so. It is past time to put a stop to government over reach.
That number of dead represents over a quarter million dollars. Not inconsequential.
That sounds like they killed off 1/5 to 1/4 of the herd. That isn’t BS, that’s a significant loss.
The cows are probably thinking, what the heck?
First I heard that the BLM had rounded up cows from Arizona? I know the border is very close there at Mesquite. Somebody from the BLM/Reid/Obama Administration has got to answer for this and going into AZ to round up cows.
If BLM took cattle across state lines they’re in trouble because all the cattle are under 18. That’s a no no, transporting juveniles across state lines.
He has learned a lot, and is much more savvy this time. He got schwantzed royally by the Murky clan and their paid operatives (fake GOP) who pretended to be part of Joe’s staff in the last election, but who betrayed and sabotaged him at every step. He seems to have a lot of support this time. I am rooting for him, obviously.
Might just be a lawyer around that will take that on.
Global Incident Map has a warning on their map (number of maps including Amber Alert, disease, quakes, terrorism, etc)
at Mesquite calling this event, “Suspicious Activity”. hmmm

Have missed most of what’s taken place.
It’s great to see that BLM has had second thoughts on this and stepped back. Looks like they were pretty surprised to see the support for Bundy and the coverage of events not shut down.
The people coming out in support Bundy deserve much praise and are patriots, sunlight is a must for citizens to resist the tyranny of a government out of control.
There’s no doubt in my mind that Dingy Harry is mixed up in this and hope it all comes out and is verified.
BLM has released the cattle.

...not to mention the 80+ BLM vehicles full of troops which they actually had to stop the traffic for in order for them to bug out in single file. (can't fool me News 8, there is such a thing as Live Streaming video)
The BLM did release the live cattle to Bundy.

Well, we have all these alphabet agencies, BLM, IRS, ATF, DOJ. Now, we have another: GSB, government stolen beef.
.......was thinking the same thing. On another thread, someone (un-named) interviewed an officer standing way away from the crowd and to say the least he was less than enthused about being there.
I’m betting a goodly amount of those officer’s told their bosses privately .........”let’s get the hell out of here because I’m not getting into a shootout with a bunch of civilians over some stupid cows and help start Revolution II !!!!” To say nothing of the fact that I signed on to be a Forrest Ranger not a combat cop!
This is very confusing - but this is what I have pieced together so far:
1) This is state land and a state lease agreement
2) The feds got involved to protect the turtles
3) The ranchers proved that a cow would never stop on a turtle - they see them and go around.
4) The feds take turtles when they are found and place them in a reserve, but it is so full they have started killing them
5) The ranchers stopped paying land lease to the state once the land grab started and are approx. $1 M behind (which is the reason they lost in court).
6) Harry Reid wants the land for his son, who has agreed to buy it and use it for a solar project with China
Once that came out, the conflict was ended.
Reid and his BLM goons didn't know what hit them! They couldn't wait to get out of therte! LOL!
I watched that, I think that it was Niger Innes (spelling?) I hope that Hanniity has steel ones and will actually follow up on this story. Do not let it die.
The cattle are not dead. The ones in the stock pens have been released and 130 did die from being chased in the heat.
