The feds have the cows and are meeting with Bundy and say there is progress on a solution.
The enforcers (bullies) have nothing left to do now, so they have been pulled.
I doubt Bundy will put cows on that land again, as the feds will just take them again.

There are still cows there. BLM got ones close to the water but the rest are spread out over many acres.
