The woman who fired a shoe at Hillary Clinton after slipping past security was upset when cops arrested her inside a Las Vegas casino, according to a police report. Alison Michelle Ernst, 36, of Phoenix, “appeared to be in an agitated state but aware of what she had just done,” said the report from a Las Vegas police detective. Ernst was charged with disorderly conduct in Thursday’s deja shoe incident, reminiscent of a similar footwear assault on President George W. Bush in Iraq. Well, I didn't see any photos of the shoe in question, but, depending on the shoe type and style, an attack like this could sometimes be classified "assault with a deadly weapon".

I was thinking about how Hillary's future speeches should have 2, then 4, then 8, then 16 shoe throwers until it becomes a big movement. Which made me remember a song:

Now apparently she has been charged with a federal crime and remains in jail....What gives here? Sounds like another special treatment here for the “elites”.
