They let it post because the next step is to force doctors to accept O care. This is meant to generate anger at the doctors, not cast aspersions on O care.

They actually let that post? Holy crap! HuffPo prints what the White Hut wants them to post. Next up on the progressive agenda is the move to single payer to solve these problems, which of course are due to the evil insurance companies and greedy doctors.

The HuffPo commentators are saying this is a reason to go to single-payer. They want doctors to be forced to accept O-care patients (and the money that O-care will pay) as a condition of their medical licenses.
This is just banging the drum of complete nationalization of the healthcare industry, where all doctors are government employees whose compensation is set by the politicians.
