Real reason she quit, she just found out her male colleagues in the WH made more $$$ than she did.
She sucks, and not in the good way!
This is simply the latest maneuver by Obama to save his hide: fire an underling who takes all the blame but doesn’t care because they get big-time retirement benefits and a GIGANORMOUS salary in the industry they used to regulate, and then hire a relatively untainted fresh face who is blameless in the previous fiasco, thereby pretty much leaving everybody holding the bag but Obama.
As far as I’m concerned, there’s nothing to celebrate here as it’s nothing more than a ploy. These firings are not for incompetence, they are for doing exactly what Obama intended them to do: be a hatchet-man or hatchet-woman for Obama for a while and then become the scapegoat with attendant gigantic personal reward.

No, her fate was determined once the web site issues became known. Odumbo was just keeping her through the rollout, because letting her go before that would have actually delayed things even more.
What? Resigning? After all she's done to get insurance for Americans?. If only the obstructionist Republicans would have gotten out of Obama's way, we could have 20 million more people signed up.
But republicans want 100s even thousands to die.

BTW, someone pointed out that uh, if Obama is touting the PPACA sign up numbers and running victory laps, why would he accept her resignation?
Or why WOULD she resign in the first place?
Anyone ever met someone who resigned after having the greatest political "success" of all time?
To run for some higher office?
I don't know any liberal who is clamoring for that.
