"Buzz words" are words that invoke strong, emotional reactions in people hearing them. "McCarthyism" is a buzz word, as is "Hitler" and "racism".

The Dems utilize this old-as-the-hills propaganda device all the time....thus you will continue to hear the words "McCarthy" or "McCarthyism" over and over again as the Lerner hearings drag on...and on.
