C-SPAN reporting that vote was along party lines, 21-12.

Oh well, the democrats have tarred and feathered themselves. Of this am certain.

5 Dems didn’t even bother to show up. Their seats were empty. Same was true for 2 Repubs.
Everyone present voted.

So now what happens? I say nothing. That's it, it's over. The MSM won't breathe a word of any of this, and someone will quietly pay off Lerner's legal bills.

Thank You ... A most complete picture.

Do we know which two Republicans didn't think this issue was important enough to warrant the expenditure of their valuable time?

And the people who were under the government goon thumbs won't get any remedy at all. Nothing.
I doubt Lerner will come under any legal bills either. She has a sternly worded Congressional finding that she can show her grandkids and brag about.

We do. A roll call vote was taken. It’s a matter of public record now.
To: no-to-illegals
Helpfully makes it “bipartisan” instead of a “party-line vote”.

Oh, well.

I’ll be surprised if this goes any further but I am happy it’s on record. ALL of this needs to be on record if for no other reason than for the sake of history.
That said, kudos to the GOP for not backing down on the contempt.

My understanding is that now the rest of the House is filled in regarding the history of the precedings. But ... to your point ... the question becomes does the rest of the House, with Boehner at the helm, have to cajones to find her guilty of contempt and punished accordingly. Boehner is a puppet to the powers that be and unreliable. You're final assessment may well be correct. But, it will help to raise awareness among us mere citizens (peasants in their eyes) as to who our real enemies are.
