Criminality will be their only option since jobs - on or off the books - are thin on the ground here.
You neglect the basic health, education and welfare support that is ALWAYS there and increasing exponentially. It is a ravenous machine that has to be fed constantly with the blood, sweat and treasure of real Americans. Jobs really has nothing to do with. They can live off the government very comfortably - much more so than back home.
