Mustnt one be a lawyer to serve in that capacity?Governor Palin has something that far too many lawyers lack: wisdom. Plus, the SCOTUS is in desperate need of Constitutional common sense.

Nope. While SCOTUS justices have traditionally had law degrees, there is no such requirement in the constitution
