Gov. Scott Walker is going back to school.
A spokeswoman for the Wisconsin Republican says Walker is looking to sew up a degree he abandoned 24 years ago when he was a senior at Milwaukee's Marquette University and left to accept a position with the American Red Cross.
Walker explained his struggle in finishing up his college education: "I kept thinking I'd go back, got married, had one kid, had another kid, next thing you know," he said, "you're worrying more about paying for your kids' college education than you are for your own."

NOOOOOoooooo! It’s all indoctrination! Don’t do it! They’ll remove your brain!!!
He’d be better off teaching a course at the University in management while being threatened by thugs.
The prigs will probably make the case that his extant hours are no longer valid. The MSM will pick up on this and scream corruption at the granting school.

Good idea. Take the issue off the table for 2016.

> If I were him I would apply for the degree to be in Political Science
Could you imagine him handing in a paper and some professor saying “no, your analysis of this political problem is wrong”?
I am a huge walker supporter. Against Hillary I think he is more appealing to blue collar voters without the degree - avg guy running against the elitist bitch. Just my opinion.

Walker reformed U W promoting distance learning. I hope he exploits thus so he can drive the educational libs crazy.
” They were going to vote Dem anyway.”
Not exactly.
“Or are you one of the Republicans that thinks amnesty guarantees the hispanic vote for a liberal GOP?”
WTF did that come from, dumbass?
A degree isn't a magic bullet for Walker any more than amnesty is a magic bullet for the GOP-E.
Only an idiot would think so. Or put significant value on something obviously valueless.

From the posting reply page: "NO profanity, NO personal attacks, NO racism or violence in posts. "
Surely you can manage to get your point across without calling people names directly...

“Yes, anyone stupid enough to not vote for an obviously successful person just because they don’t have a degree will be voting democrat.”
Retard, say it with me: P-R-I-M-A-R-I-E-S. You see, in the USA - that’s the country we’re in in case you didn’t know - we have what are called PRIMARIES. That’s when Republicans run against Republicans and Democrats run against Democrats. And Walker’s lack of degree - no matter how unimportant you might think it is (as do I) - might be an issue for many voters. That’s called reality.
“A degree isn’t a magic bullet for Walker any more than amnesty is a magic bullet for the GOP-E.”
And who is saying that a degree is a magic bullet for Walker? Anyone at all? Anyone in the world?
“Only an idiot would think so. Or put significant value on something obviously valueless.”
Clearly there are people - including Walker - who do not consider it worthless. Are you even paying attention? HE’S THE ONE GETTING THE DEGREE. He must think it matters, and he is undoubtedly right even if you and I think it doesn’t matter.
Here in the USA, the GOP-E cheats during primaries and changes the rules so that people like Romney get 100% of Florida delegates when only 50% should have been seated, because Florida had an early primary.
Maybe you should pull up your big-girl panties and quit worrying about what some tiny fraction of voters MIGHT think.
A little bit of testicular fortitude would go a long way right now.

It is unseemly.

Abe Lincoln did OK without any degree whatsoever.
