This will change when we get another Boy Scout president, or at least someone favorable to the Scouts who has the sae beliefs, ideals and goals as the Scouts. We've got one already. We have a homsoexual (or at least a homsexual promoter) in the white house and the BSA promotes homosexuality.
Perhaps what you mean is this will change when the BSA RETURNS to it's founding beliefs, ideals and goals.
