Onyx's husband (DrO) is now in the hospital with heart problems and other serious health issues. Prayer support would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much, dearest, sweet Nan and everyone.

DrO made it through his first surgery yesterday and he’s been in ICU ever since. I stayed till I was thrown out, but he never knew I was there, and went back at 6:00AM, and he still didn’t know I was there, and I just left after I saw his primary doctor who’s also mine. His son, the cardiologist will see my sweet husband for the first time this morning, but the ICU has weird, restricted hours, so I can’t go back in till 10:00AM. That’s all right, because I have to take my car into the dealer, due to some engine light coming on. “When it rains, it pours.”

Again, thank you so much for your prayers. You all mean the world to me and I trust you all know that. His vitals remain very good and that’s due to prayer. I truly believe that and he’s lived his whole life believing in the power of prayer and serving our good and merciful Lord the best he could on a daily basis.

Sweetest onyx, I can just see you fighting those hospital people tooth and nail until they threw you out! I know you want to be with DrO every minute, but please try to squeeze some down time in there so you don't wipe yourself out.

I hope the car thing will be minor and quickly resolved.

Dear Onyx I don’t know how I could have missed this thread yesterday. I am so sorry to hear what you and your husband are going through. My husband is going through almost the same thing except he is not in the hospital right now (health problems from unknown origins).

You have my prayers for some answers to the problems and an easy and painless fix.
