Of those 7.1 million, 2/3 already had insurance, they had to replace it, so the enrollments were “replacement” insurance.

That is of the 7.1 mil, 4.3 were not part of the “uninsured” 47 million for which the law was supposed to be salvation?

Correct - those 4.3 million were not part of the original group that had no insurance.

Bottom line....... as cavuto says, we went through all this to take care of roughly a million people plus change.
The real question in my mind is how many of that trifling number paid the first premium, discovered they bought a bad pig in a poke and never made the second or third payments?
After all, you don’t know what you bought till you buy it!
You go through the hassle, buy it, look in the poke and it is just crap
