N.C. State Board Finds More Than 35K Incidents of Double Voting
National Review ^ | April 2, 2014 | Andrew Johnson

North Carolina’s Board of Elections found that tens of thousands of registered voters from the state have personal information matching that of registered voters in other states, and appear to have voted in states other than North Carolina in 2012. In some cases, votes were cast under names of individuals who had passed away before Election Day.

Bookmark for the next time I hear Juan Williams whine that we don’t need voter ID laws because there’s “no evidence” of any voter fraud anywhere.....

Frank Guinta told Howie Carr 100,000 people registered to vote the day of the election in NH. He said they had non English speaking people coming to his office with a piece of paper with names on it trying to vote.

Having voters registered in two states when people move isn't all that uncommon.
If they don't cancel their registrations then and the state has no process to try and
identify people who move then there are going to be multiple registrations.

I'm not sure of the answer. Texas sends out a new voter card every two year cycle. It
isn't supposed to be forwarded but returned to the registrar of voters. You
don't have to have the card to vote as long as you have an acceptable ID such as a drivers
license with the same name/address.
