One of his junior assistants will read it, and prepare an executive summary. One of his senior assistants will read the executive summary, and brief Kerry about it next time they ride an elevator together. Another senior assistant will program a teleprompter with snappy comebacks, based on what she guesses was in the elevator briefing. A junior assistant will use a crayon to transcribe those teleprompter notes for Kerry to read from the podium. Kerry will misread those notes, and Putin will jump in to help Kerry save face, while justifying more Russian revanchism.
(Just a guess — based on how things have worked in the past.)
