Pretty sure there are funds in it to cover Insurance Companies losses due to Obamacare. They are good no matter what.
If that happens, then Obama wins and we are then all forced into single-payer.
So, you are willing to allow that because the insurance companies deserve to go broke.
And you’re also willing to let Obama change legislation without going through Congress.
