Trying to watch live on C-Span 3 but the video freeze up then advances every so often. The sound continues to be played with the video catching up every so often for a brief second or less.
any other video source available?

I’m watching on cable tv. I did not know until months ago I have three cspan channels. Go through your cable stations, if you have cable that is.
