Report: House Dems Will Try To Force Amnesty Vote With Discharge Petition

They been plotting this for many months now, but they cant get the Republican signatures that they need.

They believe that if Bohner put up the Senate bill for a vote that enough Republicans would vote for it to pass it, and from their perspective they would be happy just to put vulnerable Republicans on the spot regardless.

Obama is hopping like a jack rabbit to enroll illegals---b/c healthcare.gov is also a voter registration site---all those illegal enrollees can be plugged into Democrat rolls.

JUST FOR THE RECORD Obama's elevated latinos to the USSC, cabinet positions, admin jobs, absolved illegals of all culpability for falsifying official documents, welfare fraud, EITC fraud, murders, border violations, arms trafficking, drug trafficking. He stopped deportations, gave 'em jobs taken away from Americans, free healthcare, education, financed every other whim w/ tax dollars.

Obama is illegally giving out work permits, refusing to deport most captured illegals and he has illegitimately created a DREAM ACT by fiat. This is a man who has made absolutely clear that he has no intention of enforcing immigration law; so how do you make any kind of deal that relies on his implementing even tougher rules?

La Raza's "strategic partnerships” with Wachovia and Bank of America forced the lowering mortgage-application requirements and documentation standards. La Raza aided and abetted risky federal and private-home loans to latinos over the last decade thanks to the lending industry’s version of “don’t ask, don’t tell.” In addition to millions of federal tax dollars, La Raza also collected a $1 million Democratic earmark that funded “community-development” projects. Republican Sen Charles Grassley tried to assist Americans w/ an amendment to the amnesty bill "Congress should not thumb its nose at the millions of Americans who are victims of identity theft, often perpetrated by an undocumented person who steals Social Security numbers to get jobs, govt benefits, driver's licenses and more. This amendment will simply require the person applying for RPI status to disclose any previously used Social Security numbers," said Grassley. "It's the first step to helping clean up the mess that's been created for the victim of identity theft. The amendment also authorizes certain federal agencies, upon receipt of this information, to notify individuals who were the victims."

SEN SCHUMER (Dim-NY) CHIMED IN: Dismissing Sen Grassley's proposal, ranking Dem member Sen Schumer (Dimwit-NY) said: "When people are living in undocumented status, there are times, I suppose, when they've made up identities, made up Social Security numbers. How are they going to remember all that? (The) purpose of this bill is to bring people out of the shadows. We all know when they lived in the shadows, they had to forge documents, forge Social Security numbers, et cetera. I just don't see how, when you've lived here 10 years, and you've had many different identities, many different numbers, you're going to remember them all," said Schumer.

USA Today recently reported that Dimwit amnesty worshipper Cong Gutierrez paid an Illinois lobbyist more than $500,000 tax dollars to work side-by-side with his congressional staff. The lobbyist, Doug Scofield (the co-author of Gutierrez's autobio), was the lawmaker's former chief of staff, then paid as a contractor to train staff, review and draft news releases and help publicize Gutierrez's activities, the newspaper said.

Time to mobilize the Bank Secrecy Act----to follow the paper trail of Gutierrez's govt disbursements, and determine how govt monies changed hands.

Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of government insiders ability to collude in sub rosa deals and who might be personally profiting.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer govt funds from one account to another, and/or woire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, fake govt invoices might be created to show that govt money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate govt purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of govt funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes.

Lipinski has is facing an anti-amnesty Republican so he won’t sign it whether that made a difference. La Raza was meant to find a Luis Guterriez to primary him from the left. If McConnell was serious he’d be calling out Lamar, Lindsey Graham, Landrieu, Hagan, Begich, Pryor and Grimes and ask them if they are going to support amnesty months before an election.

Democratic Reps. Dan Lipinski (Ill.), Jim Matheson (Utah), Collin Peterson (Minn.), Nick Rahall (W.Va.) and Cedric Richmond (La.) have also not signed on to the House immigration legislation.

Guttierez should be scrutinized and summarily disqualified for "conflict of interest" if found to be a member of one or more America-hating organizations.

Gutierrez may be facilitating potential govt fraud---La Raza and similar tax-exempt organizations stand to get $hundreds of millions of tax dollars in the amnesty bill. Guttierez might be in line as a recipient of money-laundered tax dollars.
