1. If he wants to wear a My Little Pony backpack then he can. The school shouldn’t have told him he couldn’t. It’s possible they were actually trying to help him but more likely they’re just trying to make their own jobs easier.
2. Other kids shouldn’t try to hurt him physically because of it but some will. They should be punished if caught.
3. Shame, all this could be avoided by just a little guidance from a father figure. He needs a daddy to tell him, “Son, don’t act like a fag.” That’s never going to happen so now other little boys will do his missing father’s job for him. Great job, mom.
The boy was causing a problem at school. His brony backpack was causing a distraction and rather than sending home dozens of other kids who were taunting and teasing him (some call this bullying, I don't) the school decided (correctly) to solve this problem by telling the boy to leave his MLP at home. They might as well have told him he is a boy , so NO! He can't enter the girls restroom even if he does feel like a girl.
Anyway - the aftermath was predictable. Little Grayson gets to keep his pink pony. And the wussification of America continues.
I’ve seen no reports of any physical confrontations over the backpack. Everything that’s being called “bullying” is described as his being teased over it. Apparently teasing is the new bullying.
