If they indeed 370 followed another flight, this was a very well planned operation.

I can understand that a politician of some sort can be behind the missing of this plane or some government official who might be mad, but I sure hope they didn't sell out to Iran or China.

I don’t know if I’m reading it correctly (it’s in a different language), but I think it says that the Singapore 68 left KL at 12:59 am, heading NW. MAL370 left at 12:41am, iirc, it traveled NE for about 45 min - hour and turned west. Could MAL370 still catch up with Singapore 68 in order to shadow it?

Good question, maybe someone here would know..that’s an 18 minute difference the Singapore plane has ahead of him, plus you have the turn, is it possible?

Where is the proof. Anyone can ‘surmise’. The headline appears to be misleading.

When committing things to print/media - you "surmize" and you "alledge" until proven or you get sued. It's the rule/law. Else everyone could accuse anyone of anything - even you.

Agreed, but the thing is there is nonstop reporting of this going on, and NO ONE knows a damn thing.

Meanwhile, our limp wristed president made a laughing stock of himself and our country and no one says a thing.

The current state of affairs of mankind are just making me sick to my stomach ;/

The US definitely knows more than they’re telling. I can’t believe the radars at Diego Garcia didn’t “see” this plane. IF it flew anywhere south. That base had one of the best security systems in the world.

I'm not even going to attempt to delve into any of this with my limited real-world knowledge of the newest techologies, etc... there is simply too much speculation going on and none o fit is valid at this point.

The ONE thing though... and I keep asking myself this: Who owns a 300 million dollar piece of equipment and doesn't have ANY way to track it...

I can tell you this, I'm not an aviation expert or even hobbyist, but that would be one of the first things I would be thinking about if I had these sort of assets. I'd want to have a way to know exactly where my stuff was ALL the time, powered up or not.

should be) WE KNOW where this plane is and so does Isreal!!! Trying to get info on passengers and then KABOOM!!!

I just don’t think there are many airports in Pakistan’s tribal areas.

Maybe none at all.

Google "Shamsi" airfield

Google "Shamsi" airfield

Shamsi Airfield, also known as Bhandari Airstrip, is an airfield situated about 200 miles (320 km) southwest of Quetta and about 248 miles (400 km) northwest of Gwadar in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. The airfield is located in Washuk District and nestled in a barren desert valley between two ridges of the Central Makran Range approximately 21 miles (35 km) southeast of the village of Washuk.

Shrouded in secrecy, Shamsi was leased by Pakistan to the United Arab Emirates in 1992[1] for game hunting purposes and, between 20 October 2001 and 11 December 2011, it was leased to the United States for use as a base for joint Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and United States Air Force (USAF) surveillance and drone operations (particularly those involving Predator drones) against militants in Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas. The United States was ordered to vacate the airfield by the Pakistani Government on 26 November 2011 after the Salala Incident in which US-led NATO forces attacked two Pakistani border checkposts in Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas killing 24 Pakistan Army soldiers. The United States vacated the airfield on 11 December 2011.--Wikipedia

Shamsi Airbase handed over to Pakistan

[Pakistani?]Soldiers guard the Shamsi airfield in Baluchistan Province in a Pakistani handout image from December, when U.S. personnel reportedly were evacuating a remote airfield used for staging drone strikes.

General McInerny has no more idea of what happened to the plane than anyone else.
