This looks to be about normal for the Taiwan Parliament. They routinely brawl on the floor. There are some great vids on youtube. Legislative cage-fighting seems to be a national sport or something.

If we can’t get good laws from Washington, at least we should have some good entertainment like Taiwan does. We aren’t getting our moneys worth.
