Our government is so bloated, chaotic and drunk on its own power (and our money) that anyone with the a little savvy can get funding for whatever delusional fantasies they desire.
Whether it's getting cash with your EBT card at the dope shop / strip club or reinforcing anti-american stereotypes among people who hate us already the money is there and easy to get.
