Clever!
Please reread post 47. There are 2 data down link systems. The ACARS does not provide GPS data; only engine parameters. It available to the airlines for free. The AHM is a subscription service. The airline must pay a monthly fee to get the data. It includes GPS data. MAL did not subscribe so they did not get the data.
True enough Bob and many realize just that.Just one of the reasons our war on rinos is in full throttle right now when it can do some good.
I heard the gov. of Iowa I believe has some competition now from a freeper!

Tom Hoefling now running for gov. in Iowa—he’s a freeper!!
Did I hear right? That even if the airlines don’t subscribe the info is there anyway?
LOL Tom. So helpful! Can’t get fired for saying that.!
Just saw the piece on MTP with Bill Maher - DNC Dave tee’s it up as Maher has been hitting both Dems and Repubs equally recently and has alot to say about this country. Not surprised that it turned into a total hit piece on Republicans - the dude from Heritage should have spoken up and slammed the piece as an example of NBC bias in reporting but I guess he wants to be invited back.
Thanks AB for that list.
I haven’t watched TV since fall of 2008. Don’t feel I’ve missed much. However, now and again I get a faint hankering to give TV another shot. Then I read a post like yours and realize how fortunate I am.
Hello Upchuck. The ACARS was not turned off. It sends 3 reports during each flight made by the 777. The first report was sent at gear up (actually when the nose gear strut extends at takeoff). The second data report is sent when the pilot pulls the throttle back for cruise. That happened at 1:07 am per the LSM. The third and final report would have been sent at gear down at the end of the flight. It was not turned off. The gear never came down. The ACARS was working, gathering engine data, and doing its job during the entire flight.
Thanks for all the very clear and concise information. I am not an engineer, but this is finally making the most sense. My guess is someone may know where it is, but they aren’t talking.
Thanks for post Robert. Great explanation. Also very plausible. Facts are an afterthought with MSM.
Bingo. You win the prize. What I do not know is whether or not Boeing archives the data even though the airline does not subscribe. Probably need to talk to a Boeing person to determine this. Isn’t that why we have such a great news media?
“A COMMON CORE Commercial was just aired on FNS!!!”
One of the most insidious aspects of life in Easter Europe during the Soviet occupation (Easter Europe given away to Russia by the left wing socialist FDR) was the Education system.
Starting at a very young age, most children were in day care, the Education establishment would work everyday to brainwash and indoctrinate.
One of the most hideous propaganda stories was to the effect that some young child turned in their own parents for anti-government thinking.
The net result of this type of mind/thought manipulation was that people were EXTREMELY guarded in how they talked to EVERYONE, family included.
Today you see this type of guarded interpersonal behavior in all Socialist countries - The middle east is an excellent example of people who are very guarded in how and who they talk to.
Elimination of the Federal Dept. of Education is paramount.
You are very welcome. Thank you for reading post 47.

This story is so tough two sources on any idea that looks promising may not be enough.
Your insight is really valuable. Thanks for giving us some time here.
Wow, dead reckoning and three LOP’s (lines of position) to build your ground track has really evolved. lol ;)
Let’s hope he gets support from all over the country. We need to support these good conservative candidates in every way. Nationalizing the race is key. Its the best way to rid the country of the rino problem.
What about the 250 mile radius? Could it be much smaller? How likely is that?
