Radar Shows Plane Deliberately Flew Toward Indian Ocean: Reports
NBC News ^ | March 14, 2014 | Alastair Jamieson

Military radar evidence suggests the missing Malaysia Airlines jetliner was deliberately flown west toward the Indian Ocean’s Andaman Islands, sources told Reuters on Friday as mounting evidence pointed to a criminal inquiry into Flight MH370.

Two sources told Reuters that an unidentified aircraft – believed by investigators to be the missing Boeing 777 - was following a route between navigational way-points, indicating it was being flown by someone with aviation training when it was last plotted on military radar off the country's northwest coast.

There’s a lot of ocean.

“If the topic doesn’t interest you then just move on...”

Or........what?

So ACARS never reported gear down, but the aircraft apparently pinged the Iridium network for some time after the aircraft disappeared? That’s definitely strange. I still think they’re going to find out she crashed into the ocean, but I hope for the passengers that they are somehow still alive somewhere.

I’d say it almost certainly crashed, but the reported fact that the aircrew never reported an emergency is strange. Aircraft are very reliable transportation for good reasons. They have multiple redundancies that make it very hard to bring one down. If you’ve ever studied accident investigation, it usually takes a series of mistakes—not just one—to cause a mishap, and most mishaps are not deadly. What happened to this aircraft is like winning the lottery rare—crew apparently unaware or unable to report mishap, searchers unable to find wreckage in reported vicinity of mishap, etc.

Looks to me like the plane made the left turn and flew on until no fuel, then went down. Now the question is: why did the crew make the turn and then do nothing? Crew suicide is most likely reason in my mind. Crew did not have guts to nose dive so they just flew west until fuel starvation forced them/him into water.

Iran is a sovereign nation with no problems accessing commercial jet aircraft. If they want to weaponize one, why would they bother with all the cloak-and-dagger (and get China all POed besides)? Makes no sense. No, I don’t have a better theory. North Korea is squirrelly enough for anything, but the data don’t point that way. Somalia/Yemen is my best guess, but if so, why have there been no ransom demands? I’m stumped.

I know it did not have enough fuel to reach the Middle-East, but I reckon it was aimed at the Burj Khalifa. It ran out of fuel and crashed before it could reach.

Thank you for your expertise. Your posts are the best information I have read on the internet regarding this flight. Based on your testimony the landing gear never came down. This is the reason for the search specifically in the Indian Ocean. However, this will lead to more speculation why it crashed into the ocean.

Oxygen deprivation maybe? Perhaps the pilot or copilot made the left turn in a somewhat delirious state and then passed out? How good are these Malaysian aircrews? Maybe they’re as good as our guys, but I can’t say. I know our guys get a lot of training to include being able to detect their own oxygen deprivation symptoms.

Export restrictions supposedly prevents Iran from buying a 777 or from someone else selling them one. They have lots of 747’s in Tehran collecting dust or are being cannibalized hanger queens to keep others flying. They buy Russian aircraft. They scour the earth to keep their C-130’s and F-14’s and F-4 Phantoms flying and they have no indigenous fighter or transport aircraft.

As you say, Iran has all kinds of large commercial aircraft hanging around, with access to more. Why would they need a 777 for their hypothetical plot?

What happened?
1) Pilot(s) went Allah Berserk and crashed plane screaming Allah Akbar
2) Islamic extremists screaming alla akbar attempted to hijack plane and were thwarted ala the 911 plane that went down in PA.

Just relaying some information here. I heard a discussion on the radio a few minutes ago and they were talking to someone from NTSB. The NTSB guy said that one of the transponders that was turned off is not that easy to disable (like flipping a switch). Pilots are not trained to do it and it would take someone with a maintenance background to do it...somebody with specialized knowledge. So, it had to be deliberate.

‘And no, I’m not ruling out “crashed”. ‘

Sorry to do this, but borrowing from Die Hard.

If you steal $600 no one will care. If you steal $600 million, they will find you, unless they think that you are already dead.

It may already be in Iran in a hidden hanger, its being repainted, its being converted into some form of a WMD, its target is most likely israel.

The real tricky part here is how do you insert this flying bomb into Israeli airspace? All you need to do is to at least fly near the border at 39,000 feet and then nose it over, at full throttle aircraft will go supersonic in a near vertical dive.

It could possibly have some form of radar absorbing paint applied, it may shadow a similar sized aircraft, it may be squaking a false IDENT as well.

Muslims love human shields, Iran says it still has passengers on board to Israel at the last moment.

But just what would nearly guarantee the total destruction of as many people in Israel? That is the goal of Iran, and lacking an ICBM they may have decided a manned 777 will do the job, especially since their weapons are not so compact, crude, dirty, heavy and big, but go kaboom never the less.

Its time to monitor Israel, that is the final destination of the 777.

The other theory that is a false flag operation could also play out but since its being discussed already they may have decided against it, to steal the 777, get it over America, do a “partial” or incomplete EMP burst, just enough damage and hysteria that can allow Obama to initiate his martial law agenda.
