Milwaukee police say a maintenance man shot and killed two teenagers as he was being beaten with a baseball bat.
It happened Wednesday afternoon in an apartment building on Milwaukee's west side.
Authorities say a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl died at the scene.
Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn says the two teens, along with a 21-year-old man, got into an argument with the 39-year-old maintenance man in a stairwell in a common area of the building.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports one of the three beat the maintenance man while he was being held. The maintenance man then pulled a gun and shot the two teens.
Flynn says the maintenance man was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 21-year-old man was arrested.
He’s got a lot of nerve defending himself like that.
We’ll need to change the law so that can’t happen again./sarc
I sure hoe he isn’t a White Hispanic...
or Glock out game.
Knowing Milwaukee, the 19 yr old man and 17 yr old “girl” will be inducted into the Milwaukee Black Holocaust Museum.
“When the police arrive to take your deposition, be shook, scared unnerved.
After the police leave, break out the champagne.”
Rock on, Maintenance Man!
Just happened to have a ballbat ? See ya
Milwaukee has generally been pretty good in not prosecuting self-defense shootings. I can think of two where a DA could have prosecuted, but didn’t. One was a guy who surprised a car thief armed with a screwdriver he was using to pry open the steering column and the second a crack house proprietor who was charged with plenty of felonies, but not for killing the thugs robbing his crack den.
There are at least two different videos of this incident, so unless the guy just popped a couple innocent youts for no reason, he will not be charged.
Oh, another one...
An elderly guy from Arkansas was robbed at an inner city gas station. He had a gun in his van, stored in a way that was illegal in Wisconsin, but legal in Arkansas.
He shot and killed the guy who beat and tried to rob him.
He did spend a weekend in jail, but was not charged with any crimes, including the ones he stipulated when he told the cops how he had a loaded gun in his center console.
Other details are trickling out:
The maintenance man is a veteran.
There are two videos of the beating and the shooting.
One by a witness, and one by one of the individuals who was shot.
A second maintenance man was one floor up, heard the beating for 45 seconds to a minute, then heard the shots fired. After calling 911 he went downstairs and saw the injured maintenance man and the two dead perps.
According to the first maintenance man, the injured maintenance told him he had been “rushed”, and he thought he was being robbed.
2 out of 3 ain't bad at all.
MSM looking for pictures of them at 12 and 10 years old to broadcast as we speak.
Two more victims of GUN VIOLENCE! Yes, the idiot Left will use this event to try to chip away at 2A rights.
If the maintenance man is black too, we won’t hear much more about it.
I wish the couple in Madison had been ready for trouble, like the man in Milwaukee was.
as he was being beaten with a baseball bat. etc etc etc
one of the three beat the maintenance man while he was being held.

Isn’t holding a person whilst another wields a bat towards the person right up there with Javelin Catching?
“YOU TWO hold him while I work him over with this bat”
NO
‘YOU TWO hold him while I etc etc etc’
Girl involved, ‘they’ were probably getting it on in the stair well and the Janitor had the gonads to tell them to knock it off. We all know that is dissin’ the lovers....
I remember a Marquette student who was killed the summer of 1986 on 27th Street. I almost took a job at the gas station on 27th and Wisconsin Ave but the interviewer talked me out of it.
I escorted someone to the same apartment complex that Jeffrey Dallmer lived at. Milwaukee was never a safe place as far as I could tell.

You must be joking. This young fellow will immediately join the Trayvon Martin Baby Mommy and Daddy on the lucrative speaking tour circuit to campaign against "Stand Your Ground" laws.
UC, forward the usual contract, I'll sign him up. Too early to consider a Commemorative Hoodie?
Two outa three ain’t bad.
