How can anyone who sees this mug not think that something is seriously wrong with this "child"? We euthanize rabid dogs, after all.

Did he look like that all the time? How do you know that wasn't some sort of pose and they are using that pic to represent him?

Here's another photo of the same kid. Yeah, I would cross the street if I saw somebody like that walking towards me. I'd give him a wide berth.

I had the same thought, that odd collar on the shirt made me wonder if it was a costume and perhaps he was trying to look like an alien or something similar.

Looks like a bad school ID photo to me. If we start shooting people because they look crazy in an ID photo, we all could be in trouble.
