What sends a shiver up and down my spine is the suggestion to use family members to provide information otherwise not being privy to via direct inquiry of heads of the household.
This was a tactic encouraged by another doctor, one from a different era, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, who had many a parent shipped off to the concentration camps in response to information provided by their own children. So, unknowingly, I'm sure members of the Obama administration, obama himself to be unaware that having children spy on their own parents has already been implemented, facilitated in another dreaded dictator-ship with success.
Often referred to as the most ominous stare in history
Do you have any firearms in your home?
Not right now because I’m not there. I’ve got it in my pocket along with my concealed carry permit. Want to see it, doc?
Shiite. I had an appointment with a crusty old Viet Nam vet a few days ago and noticed he was packing. I asked if I could see it. S&W M&P Compact .40 cal. Nice piece. He told me he’s too old to fight or to run. I agreed with him.
Dangit! I forgot to make a note of that in his health record...
This “do you own firearms” question was on my doctor’s questionnaire several years ago. If you answered yes there were other questions which I skipped over because I said, no.
No. I have no guns. Guns are scary and put people’s eyes out.
Doctor: “Do you have any guns in your house?”
Flagg: “Who did you vote for in the last election?”
Doctor: “Well, I can’t say.”
Flagg: “Well, there you go, then.”
(Actually, I highly doubt my docs would bother asking -my Wife and I always CCW when going to the doc’s office, and they know it)
Just hand this to the questioning doctor.

Obamacare is a massive 4th Amendment violation.
“We don’t have guns in our home. Our home is protected by supernatural forces against which guns are useless.”
I doubt if more than 2 1/2 % of the doctors give a shlt. All of my doctors are in the VA, and none of them have asked. Maybe they understand me.
Our kids’ pediatrician always asked this question, because it was MA law to do so, and that was at least 25 years ago. We didn’t have one, so I just told him no. I mentioned this last night to our daughter, and she remembered him asking her once, when she was a teenager, and I wasn’t with her at her appointment. She thought it was a strange question, but she answered it.
