Same as Singapore, New Zealand and other countries which encourage skilled immigrants. I just visited Singapore and it makes USA feel like a third world country. Very prosperous, low taxes, low crime (they hang drug dealers pronto) and superb infrastructure. At the airport there had to be over 100 PC’s available for people to use with free internet access. No littering anywhere. Their unemployment rate is near 1% (mostly job switchers) because they have no unemployment compensation from government. The taxi ride from the ultra modern cruise terminal to the airport was about 15 miles, lot of it through an underground tunnel which was brightly lighted up throughout. The overground part was covered with pretty flower plants on both sides and the median strip.
