I don’t think any amount of removing yourself from Facebook, etc., will remove you from the internet.
Whenever you buy property or do anything that is a matter of public record, that information ends up on the internet. I was contacted a couple of years ago by someone who had never met me, but who knew my name and used it to find my mailing address by a Google search. Fortunately, this was a person I wanted to get to know as soon as I learned about her.
The fact is, you cannot hide. This was true even before the internet. You could probably become a hermit—but that is extreme.
Moving to North Korea might do it, but it’s not a very pleasant way to accomplish internet anonymity.

I work with bad guys. My tax info, and my location is disappeared from the net. Most wealthy people too. I call every place that it is and they remove it into the physical search file. Wealthy communities in our area, have nothing online. Protects the citizens.
