What does the loony-tune think he’s going to accomplish by declaring an executive order in the U.S. regarding Ukraine?

It's not about Ukraine. It's about taking over all control of the government of the U.S. by executive order. Read these words CAREFULLY.

Yup...this was on some of the blogs yesterday...declaration of a National Emergency...for the United States! Odd wording really, but if 0’bummer screws up the handling of the situation...we will have a National Emergency on our hands.
