The appeals process is necessary to the justice system. What I am saying is that those who can twist the facts in these cases cannot be trusted by the public at large.

I agree that a reasonable series of appeals is both necessary and proper.

However, Mr. Wesley Cook and his attorneys used up his reasonable appeals process about 20 years ago.

The man is guilty and he should consider himself lucky to be alive.

And ANY attorney who is helping him or representing him at this point is nothing more than race-baiting, hate-mongering demagogue (in my opinion).
