It’s a girl pretending to be a boy using the boy’s bathroom. Boys who pretend to be girls want to use the girl’s room of course.
I’m remembering a case last year where one these “transgendered” girls (ie a boy) was apparently a lesbian who kept acting creepy towards girls in the locker room.
