I really hope George P. Bush doesn’t win the primary for Land Commissioner. He probably will.
Who should we hope makes the runoff (hopefully there will be one) against Dewcrist for Lt. Governor?
Just got finished adding 3 votes against Cornyn and Abbot! WooHoo!
George P. Bush = Jared Leto’s irma washings.
Here we go... early voting is tabulated at 5pm, along with mail ballots....

Thanks. I love these sites that “auto update” every 5 minutes or so. I’ll be following the results closely—particularly those for the Senate nomination, the “Stay out da Bushes” race and the 32nd Congressional District (RINO Pete Sessions) race.
Looked at Republican Collin County - Looks like Dewhurst is getting slammed, but Corny is comfortable.
I like Dan Patrick for Lt. Gov., but whichever conservative makes the run-off against Dewhurst (and I do think that there will be a run-off) would get my support.
Arbusto won with 75+% of the vote.
It's like a pan of seawater that gets saltier as the water evaporates. In California's case, what's left behind are Mexicans, and I don't mean "Americans of Mexican heritage". I mean Mexican nationals.
Patrick is beating Dewhurst 42%-28% with 40% of precincts in, so it’s going to be a Patrick-Dewhurst run-off. I’m predicting a 62%-38% victory for Patrick in the run-off.
The Texas SOS website claims there’s some person named “SECEDE Kilgore” (with SECEDE in all caps like that) running for Governor.
Great! Too bad Patrick didn't top 50%, avoiding a runoff altogether.
GP Bush wins big, sadly.
In other news, Cornhole wins easily, no runoff with Stockman. Entirely predictable, Stockman unfortunately is something of a douche, he wouldn't have won a runoff anyway. Cornhole wins the Rick Perry way, by default.
Stockman's house seat (District 36) will see a runoff between former Woodville (pop 2400) Mayor Brian Babin, who lost 2 races for Congress in the 90's against Former Rat Rep. Jim Turner, and businessman Ben Streusand. That candidate for that Stockman wanted, Dave Norman, the husband of one his staffers, did very poorly.
The rat nominee was the libertarian nominee in 2012. LOL.
In CD 4, 135 year old incumbent Ralph Hall faces a runoff with former US Attorney John Ratcliffe.
In rat held CD 23, the only competitive general election race for any Texas House race, former Congressman "Quico" Canseco (who lost reelection even as Romney won his district) faces a runoff with gringo Will Hurd.
In CD 32, Pete Sessions beats his Palin-backed challenger Katrina Pierson by 2-1.
Amongst Abbott’s 3 nobody challengers, he did the very worst. LOL. I hate gimmicks like that. I think Kentucky lets you use nicknames but people who actually legally change their names, jeez.
Ordinarily, I’d tend to favor bouncing out old incumbents, but Ralph Hall cut an ad that was a hoot. For someone his age, 90, he appears to still be on his game and could pass for 15 years younger. He wants to serve one last term, and I see no reason to deny him that.

That is a good ad. And he looks spry.
