I know how that works. Except when I was growing up and my dad was home, it was, “Get up and let Dad have his chair.” Somehow, that stuck with me!
Needless to say, I’m back from the birthday party, and it was worth going...I got lost going there, (it’s almost to Vegas, the long way around,) so I will have to watch my errands closely.
The little darling is just that! Absolutely stuning! She got quite a haul of toys and clothes, and the ones I gave her were as cute as any...though not as expensive, I’m sure.

The wind was blowing at about 40 MPH, and we were in a pavilion. GAH!! I’m wind-blown, my hair is UGly, I feel all dried out, and my right ankle is telling me who is boss.
But it was fun and it was good to see the kids and meet the out-laws to-be. Jared and Sara haven’t tied the knot yet, but it is in the works.
I’m glad the party was a success!
