What a bunch of CRAP! If you have a penis, you use the boys room. If you don’t, you use the girls room. It’s as easy as that.
“Identifies” as a male or “Identifies” as a female, just turn them upside down and ANYONE can “identify” which is which.

Naturally, the gender identity of those involved is a complete mystery — as far as the excerpt goes.
According to the article, this high school has not one but two transgendered students. There are Internet photos of the other student, a 16 year old who looks like a male but self-identifies as female.
Seems more like a GAY crime to me.
Since it took place in a boys’ room, I’m assuming that the “victim” is a girl.
I am in favor of anything, including confusion about who is a girl and who is a boy, that will drive more people out of the government schools.
I’m disgusted with the parents who allow a mentally ill child to shape her life around her illness, and we are 100% certain that the parents of this little girl are doing exactly that.
If there was a sexual assault (and not just teasing with a mentally disturbed girl choosing the nuclear option in response), I’m disgusted with the boys who attacked her. I’m skeptical, but it may have happened - kids do attack other kids. I taught my kids that they are responsible for protecting the handicapped and the mentally ill. If someone with physical or psychological problems is being picked on, my kids know that they are obligated to protect that person. If someone with physical or psychological problems is annoying, they are permitted to ignore, avoid, or shun that person, but they know it is not appropriate to tease or attack someone who is weaker or messed up.
A dozen or so of the assaults (homosexuals being picked on) have been reported, they all turn out to be bogus.
Amazes me news outlets even report them.

Lopping off your boobs, hacking off part of your ass, rolling it up in a tube and attaching it to your groin doesn’t make you a transgender male. Lopping off your tallywhacker and having silicon balloons put in your chest and growing your hair long doesn’t make you a transgender female.
What it makes you is a mutilated mentally ill individual, who was surrounded by professionals that instead of helping you pandered to your illness.
Without reading a full report, let me guess what happened here. Several boys go into the bathroom, and this girl is either in there, or comes in later. The girl makes some show of being there (maybe even said something aggressive: “What are you looking at?”). The boys get angry and tell her to leave, or that she shouldn’t be there. More argument. Then one of the boys says something like, “So, you’ve got the equipment to be in here? Let’s see!” Then you get the assault.
The boys are obviously wrong. Just like mugger who robs a mark in a dark alley. And just like a mark that walks home counting hundred dollar bills through a dark alley, this outcome was completely foreseeable. Not right. But foreseeable.
