HERCULES, Calif. —
A transgender student at Hercules Middle/High School was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom Monday morning in what police are investigating as a hate crime, according to police.
The assault was reported at 11:06 a.m. in a boy's bathroom on the high school side of campus, located at 1900 Refugio Valley Road, police spokeswoman Detective Connie Van Putten said.
The victim, a 15-year-old student who police said identifies as a transgender male, was leaving the bathroom when three other students confronted him.
The students physically and sexually assaulted the victim in a handicap stall, Van Putten said. He was taken to a hospital and his parents were notified of the attack.

“Identifies” as a male or “Identifies” as a female, just turn them upside down and ANYONE can “identify” which is which.

Naturally, the gender identity of those involved is a complete mystery — as far as the excerpt goes.

If it was identifying as a boy and it was sexually molested in the boy’s bathroom, then the boy’s who sexually assaulted it must have been homosexuals.
I’m sure the judge will go much easier on the boys if that is their story.

According to the article, this high school has not one but two transgendered students. There are Internet photos of the other student, a 16 year old who looks like a male but self-identifies as female.
Playing charades, no doubt. She's apparently a guy when it's all fun and games, but reverts back to a girl when there are any sexual assault charges to be made.
The whole story can't be deciphered.
I can't really tell who did the assaulting and who was the assaultee.
And calling the assaulters "teenagers" doesn't really clear things up.

In CA they passed a Law saying a confused Transgender can use whichever School Bathroom they like.

Perhaps they were explaining to her you don’t use the handicap stall unless you are handicapped. I don’t think confusion over your sex qualifies for that.
