hm... interesting...
I wonder if Scotland has been invaded by muslims like the rest of England has? And if not... I support them 100% in trying to break free and stop the muslim welcoming madness.

I generally don’t agree with film stars on anything but in this case I do. Why should Scotland pay in part for the Royal family? Why should they be on the hook for a failed welfare state and a country overrun by Muzzies? If they can get out, then get out while the getting is good.

Mr. Connery is a very famous, very wealthy man, and has been such as long as I can remember, going back almost 50 years. His lifestyle and day to day needs are likely very different from the average Scot. I would be interested to know how the non-famous, non wealthy Scottish think about separating from Great Britian. What was an ingrained battle for independance last century may be different today, what with the British and EU economy so unpredictable.

Why should Scotland pay in part for the Royal family? I think it started the other way around when James VI of Scotland was declared King of England and Ireland.

OMG, I almost forgot about that movie “Zardoz”. I imagine Connery wants to forget it, too...

I like Sean Connery movies but he has been living in other countries most of his life. He should be living in Scotland.

I think not so much muslims as leftist, environmentalist, socialist wackos.
At least that’s what I get from friends there and visiting Scotland based news and other websites. Shetland seems especially infected.

This would be their best hope of controlling the flow of muslims and others into Scotland. It’s obvious Great Britain doesn’t give a tin shi!t about it’s history and culture.

To many Scots, the Battle of Culloden was only fought yesterday. When you come from a land with a rich history, memories can be very long.
